How do i receive my voice messages?

You will receive a link to your online message gallery which includes mp3 audio only and mp4 audio-image formats. Your mp4 audio-images will be personlised with a photo of your choosing so you can upload and share on your social media.

Can i personlise the greeting message?

Definitley i suggest to my clients to sent a greeting message for me to upload onto your Everafter Audio Guest Book. It is as simple as recording your greeting on a voice recording app and emailing it over.

If you wish not to record a greeting we will load a generic greeting for you.

Does the guest book need mains power?

No the Audio Guest Book comes with its own battery pack which comes fully charged.

Can i cancel or change my booking?

You can change your booking date or Audio Guest Book colour up to 30 days prior to your event. No charge and subject to availability.

If you cancel your booking within 30 to 10 days prior to your event date you will receive a 50% refund. 10 days or less no refund or credit can be issued.
